Licentieovereenkomst		License Agreement

Bij HKF koopt u een licentie voor het (eenmalig of permanent) gebruik van een foto. De licentie is niet-exclusief en niet-overdraagbaar.		HKF grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use and reproduce a photo.

The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable.

* Voor het laten maken van een afdruk of vergroting bestelt u een eenmalige gebruikerslicentie. U ontvangt een digitaal bestand van de foto waarmee u de afdruk of vergroting zelf kunt laten maken. Zie ook de technische specificaties hieronder.		* To make a print or enlargement you have to order a one time user license. U will receive a digital file of the photo, so you will be able to print the photo.

Alle prijzen op deze pagina zijn exclusief 19% BTW.		International customers from outside the EU are exempt from all Dutch taxes, but are responsible for their own countries customs and import taxes. EU residents add 19% Dutch VAT. EU companies do not have to pay the Dutch VAT if they supply their TAX-identificationnumber.

Betaling		Payment

Na toezending van de foto (per e-mail of op cd-rom) ontvangt u een factuur per post. De betalingstermijn bedraagt 30 dagen.		The only way of payment is by direct bank deposit. Please contact us to get the specific transfer and account information. Any banking fees and/or charges are of your responsibility. You will receive an invoice by post.
		Please note: International customers have to pay in advance. Orders will only be processed after receipt of payment.

The General Terms and Conditions of the Photographers Federation of the Netherlands apply to all to all legal relationships between HKF and other parties. These terms and conditions have been filed with the Court of Amsterdam under reference number 78/2005.
	Toepasselijkheid van de algemene voorwaarden van de wederpartij wordt hierbij uitdrukkelijk van de hand gewezen.		General Terms and Conditions which are employed by a Counter Party are expressly rejected by HKF.

HKF en/of de diverse beeldleveranciers (fotografen) bezitten alle rechten, inclusief het auteursrecht en copyright.		HKF grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use and reproduce a photo. HKF and/or the various submitters (photographers) own all rights, including the copyrights.
